Processing Time
At CuppaCreation LLC, we work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
CuppaCreation LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
